Matt did a great job of getting our house on the market and making sure we got enough publicity to make it worth our time. He demonstrated expertise in knowing how to communicate with buyer's agents to ensure we were aligned while helping me achieve my goals with selling. He listened and perfectly executed on my goal of a sale within a certain timeframe and even was able to drum up enough competition to exceed my sale number.
